This is the first time I've brewed a beer, and it's a blistering success! Love the taste, the flavour, and everything about it. Family and friends think the same.

This one is the winter batch of the Pigeon IPA - it was good fun brewing it, but there's a slight problem. I didn't factor in that the winter temperatures (and me being too precious about the heating bill) resulted in a fermentation that took waaaay longer than expected. I bottled the beers with it still not fully fermented, meaning that they're gushers.

Our first recipe, filled to the brim with curious delight. Fun, funky, fresh.

A nice, light, summertime lager. Sometimes hazy, sometimes not.
